JEDict is a Japanese-English dictionary for Macintosh. The program looks up speech and kanji characters in dictionary database from the Monash University Nihongo ftp archive. Kanji characters are referenced by graphical components, shot counter, or any text from kanji definition. Program contains inner editor for simple text documents. It supports drag and drop for text and for kanji components. Text output may be copied or dragged into another document. What's New: Version 3.8 adds the following: Translation service for other applications. Font size is applied to totally edited text views. User defined kanji size for table position. Additional options for word searching. Verb inflection examples.
