Diet Sleuth allows you to maintain lead of what foods you eat each day, and their nutritional value. For each day, you select the foods you have eaten, and the issue of servings of each. Diet Sleuth will automatically aim your caloric intake, fertile grams, carbohydrates, fiber, protein, cholesterol, along with sodium, potassium, and calcium. You can select from over 5000 different foods from 21 categories, including fast food, lunchmeat, trash food, seafood, and baby food. In improver to the included food groups, you can create and edit your own foods in a divide catagory. You can also create a category of darling foods to apace access commonly used foods. A built-in Recipe Editor allows you to apace enter a customised recipe, with the nutritional information automatically calculated, based on the ingedients. A Weight Manager allows you to lead your weight, and compute your percent body fertile, metabolism, and estimate weight loss. Graphing features permit you to easily visualize your nutritional intake and weight over time. What's New: Version 4.3.1:Fixed several bugs that could cause a wreck.
